Via

Contact us

Via is small. Your email reaches a person, not a queue.

support@viacatholic.app

Write about anything — a bug, a reading that looked wrong, a feature you wish existed, a partnership, or a question about what Via is for. We aim to reply within two business days.

Business, press, and partnerships

Same address, and it reaches the person who would be answering you anyway. Worth writing about:

Via Catholic is a sole proprietorship in Texas, United States. If you need something on the business side to make a deal work — an invoice, a signed agreement, a W-9 — say so and we will send it.

Two things go elsewhere

Everything else reaches us at the address above. These two travel faster somewhere else:

Getting a useful reply the first time

If something in the app went wrong, these three lines usually save a round trip: your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. For a reading or a feast day that looked wrong, the date and what your parish actually used is exactly what we need — those reports are how the liturgical calendar gets fixed.

Many questions already have answers on the support page — restoring a subscription, cancelling Via Pro, deleting your account, changing Bible translation. It is worth a look before you write, but never a requirement.

One thing Via is not

Via is not spiritual direction, not confession, and not counselling. We answer questions about the app. For anything weighing seriously on you, please talk to a priest.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Please do not wait on an email from us.
